Prostate concerns
Including raised PSA; benign prostate enlargement (BPH); prostatitis; telescopic surgery for BPH; investigations for suspected prostate cancer, including biopsies and next-generation MRI scans with stronger magnets (3 Telsa) for better imaging.
Urinary problems
Including recurrent urinary tract infection; urinary symptoms (male and female), including incontinence, frequency of voiding (bladder overactivity) and poor urinary stream; blood in urine (haematuria); urethral stricture; bladder neck stenosis; blood in ejaculation; kidney infections (pyelonephritis); kidney/urinary tract stones (including ESWL treatment).
Men’s sexual health
Including erectile dysfunction, low testosterone (andropause) and semen analysis. Surgeries including correction of penile curvature (Peyronie’s disease). psychosexual counselling and discrete, next day, home delivery of drugs.
Prostate cancer
Robotic prostatectomy, including nerve sparing approaches and lymph node dissection; second opinions; active surveillance.
Penile & scrotal issues
Scrotal pain and lumps; Surgeries including circumcision, vasectomy, epididymal cysts excision, hydrocele treatment, orchidectomy, orchidopexy, and correction of penile curvature. Management of foreskin problems (phimosis), circumcision, and frenuloplasty (foreskin preserving surgery for tightness).
Bladder cancer
Endoscopic treatment (transurethral resection); endoscopic surveillance; robotic or open cystectomy with urostomy or bladder reconstruction.
